Terms & Conditions including Refund and Cancellation Policy for Entries:

    1: Accepted entries implies acceptance of the terms & conditions of the event/lesson/clinic.
    2: Your Entry Fees/Monies go direct to our bank account through a secure payment service provider.
    3: Administration fees are non-refundable in any circumstances.
    4: Monetary Refunds of payments will not be provided - refunds in kind will be processed e.g. entries carried forward or vouchers provided.
    5: Refunds in kind will only be allowed in special circumstances and are at the complete discretion of the Organiser and may incur an additional administration fee.
    6: Refunds in kind from withdrawals are not provided unless in special circumstances. A vet certificate may be requested and refunds in these circumstances are entirely at the discretion of the organiser and may incur an additional administration fee.
    7: If an event has to be cancelled for reasons beyond our control then the rider will be offered the option to carry through their entries/payments for entry into another event, space permitting.
    8: You will receive a confirmation of payment by email within 5 minutes of making the payment. Please contact us if you do not receive an email for any reason on the details given below.
    9: All transactions and online payments are made in £ Pound Sterling.
    10: Association Rules apply where applicable and may over-rule Glebe Farm Conditions.

    12. Prize money paid in accordance to entries.1st prize Minimum 5 in a class, 2nd prize 6-11  and 3rd prize 12 onwards.

    1st prize must be a minimum of 5 in the class - £20 in GFEC vouchers
    2nd Prize must be a minimum of 8 in the class - £12 in GFEC vouchers
    3rd Prize must be a minimum of 12 in the class - £8 GFEC vouchers
    GFEC vouchers may be used for show entries, school hire or to purchase an item in our tack shop.
    Please note vouchers are only valid for 6 months from the date they awarded.

ALL RIDERS PLEASE NOTE:

The minimum hat standard required is PAS 015 is compulsory for all riders. . All riders wishing to compete must wear hats complying with the new British Standard. Hats to current standards must be worn and fastened at all times when mounted. 

Reservation of right
The organiser has the right to:
a) Cancel any class or event
b) Divide any class
c) Alter any advertised times
d) Refuse any entry

The organiser of this event has taken reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, please take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring. The organisers ask you to obey the following points:

a) Watch out for horses
b) Please do not drop litter or cigarette ends.
c) Please do not leave children or horses unattended
d) Dogs must be kept on leads at all times
e) Please park tidily
f) Please clean up your horses droppings/mess before you leave.
g) NO LUNGEING
h) No smoking in the yard area
i) No horses under the age of 4
j) No Stallions

Please note that BD rules will apply to classes with regards to tack fitting - with a modification to the dress code. Please note the required hat ruling above, and if you do not own a correct riding jacket a smart jumper or sweat-shirt may be worn over a shirt and tie/stock. Correct footwear must be worn. Horses do not necessarily need to be plaited, but must be well turned out.

Save for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organiser or anyone for whom they are in law responsible, neither the organisers of the event to which these rules apply, nor the gfe, or BD nor any agent, employee or representative of these bodies accepts any liability for accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, riders, spectators, land or any other persons or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever.
